Gee, you are really up there Sara! (My friend was JUST telling me about north, midlands, and south England. And apparently there is north and there is "north" hehe...she is from "north")
edit: ok, now she's saying she's from "true north" idk! I'm confused, as usual! lol
Aye well, those of us that live in the North East, and specifically north of the Tyne (the major river that has Newcastle on the north bank and Gateshead on the south), would tell you anyone south of the Tyne is a southerner and if you throw Scotland into the mix, then true north as such would be Scotland and we'd be the middle of the country.
The North in England tends to be Yorkshire and up on the east, and Lancashire upwards on the west side of the UK.
So then I have to give a shout out to the Midlands. We don't belong anywhere. We're not northerners or southerners. We get forgotten. I've lived down south N' up north, but I grew up in the Midlands ( middle England) and back there now, although a different county. Grrrr you northerners, grrrr you southerners.

saralcat , well, being that she didnt say exactly where she is from, I can't say now whether she is North or Mid...around Leeds? I can't remember now what she said, and I know she is a bit private about it too so, idk if she exactly said and I don't want to say too much either...but that is like north midlands or something idk! she says there are some shady neighborhoods nearby...??

SketchyMagpie: Hey Danny. Depending on your hair type, you might need a few more inches. I started from short hair with 2 sets of dreads and they didn't stay in until my hair was 5 inches long

chesh: Hey rye, under the "Dreadlock FAQ" >>> "The Basics" there is information on washing on the bottom. In my experience so far it has been best to wash my dreads when they get itchy and use a dry shampoo to help with the oils that are produced naturally.
