I watched Killer Klowns from outer Space. I don't recommend you waste any life watching that. On a different end of the spectrum I watched 'Room', at the theatre which is about a woman and her child as she's held hostage for sex by an evil kidnapper for 7 years in a tiny room. Mostly from the child's perspective ( and his acting was very convincing) as they try and escape and he discovers a world outside. Very moving and unsettling but it's good the focus is rarely on the abuser. Uncomfortable viewing as you know this happens but there is joy in the mental strength of people.
I did a historical pottery workshop this weekend with one of the experts they briefly featured, and he mentioned a second series. I'm still not fond of the competition format, and the male judge with the stupid hair and propensity for bursting into tears because he's so moved is irritating, but I'll probably watch it again. If nothing else I get to see how different people tackle the main challenges.
I'd love to see Warwick Davis as the lead in an action film. An Arnold Schwarzenegger role. He'd make an interesting Terminator or military man. 'Smear cold mud on your body so Mr Predator can't see you'.
I've started watching supernatural from season 1 again, now I'm on season 11. Its really nice to find a show you enjoy that has an engaging and deep storyline that continues for many seasons. I have been enjoying wayward pines (only one season sadly) and the strain also.
Watched a couple of really good films recently too but the names escape me. Southbound? Was one. And another was about a couple of kids who follow this strange frequency and it has the guy who plays Morpheus in the matrix.. That film was incredible but I can't remember the name!
