Hahaha, supplies are not the problem, Kate, it's finding the time at the moment. Thanks for the link . Now know it's there when the time comes.
I've had weird moments of synchronicity with stuff onscreen and the music I had on. I can remember a car advert vividly, how it suddenly started matching up perfectly with some acid-tek I was listening to.
You gotta sleep on your toes, and when you're on the street, you have to be able to pick out the easy meat...with your eyes closed.
Going back a few posts but Meddle is probably my second fave Floyd album, Banjo. Mad respect to 6Music who actually played Echoes in full in their hour-long "Best of Pink Floyd" show, a few years back.
My dad used to only play his vinyl at Christmas for some reason. And very loud on a good system. Some of my fondest memories are staring into a blazing fire in the spare room in candle light in the evening with Meddle blasting out.
Sometimes I wish I knew you guys under different circumstances ie not when the only time we see each other is for "meet-ups", so we could just hang out for hours listening to music etc. That'd be cool.
